Due to tight security, all attendees MUST present a ticket to enter.  Tickets will have your assigned table number on them.  Please send all attendee names as soon as possible to mmcinnis@allianceswla.org

Cancellation Policy
If notice of cancellation is not received 15 business days before the event, you will be billed for your reservation.  

Should you require overnight accommodations, L’Auberge Casino Resort is offering special room rates for any of our guests for Thursday, August 15, 2024 at $109.00/night + tax and fees.  Please make your reservations by August 5, 2024 by calling 1-866-580-7444 and identify yourself as a member of the 2024 LegisGator Luncheon, Group Code SGATOR24 or go online to: www.llakecharles.com to take advantage of their specially offered rates for the occasion.  The resort is SOLD OUT for that weekend, so please book early as we cannot guarantee you will be able to reserve a room at L’Auberge.
